This video is a presentation given by local historian Lewis P. Bramlett on July 29, 2021 about the The Battle of Swift Island Bridge. It is an overview of the story of what led to the battle, the battle itself and of the bomb that is currently on display in front of the Stanly County History Center at 157 North Second Street in downtown Albemarle.
